5 ANGELS:
"Stormy Glenn has definitely become a great and lasting favorite of
mine. Her books speak to something in me. I really enjoyed Lovers of Alpha
Squad 2: The Doctor's Patience. Sam had to grow on me as a partner for
Daniel because I did not like the way he acted/reacted to his feelings for
Daniel at first. It was hard not to cry when Sam pushed Doc away and broke his
heart the way he did. Doc was one of the most lovable characters I have ever
had the pleasure to read." -- Nickie,

4 BLUE RIBBONS:
"THE DOCTOR'S PATIENCE is the second book in THE LOVER'S OF ALPHA SQUAD series
and this time it's the team doctor's turn at the heartbreaking business of
love. You can't help who you fall in love with, but getting turned down at
every attempt is enough to put anyone off and it certainly has with Daniel.
When he comes face to face with the unthinkable, he knows he has to man up to
what Sam asks of him. Sam is duty bound at every turn of his life. From
childhood to manhood, he has never had a chance to just be himself. When he
gets a second chance to have what he wants, it just might be too late, as
danger follows in his footsteps and he comes with enough baggage to put off
any sane man, he's hoping his hardest that it hasn't put Daniel off. From the
moment you open the pages of this book, you are knee deep in steam. Daniel and
Sam are just absolutely perfect as enemies, but even better as lovers and they
burn up the pages before you get to the end of this fantastic read. With Ms.
Glenn's usual creativity, expect issues and drama and so much fun untangling
the mess that Daniel and Sam have around them. Simply wonderful." --

3.5 STARS:
"This is book two in a series. I haven’t read the first book. But as it
contains bisexual elements, I wouldn't want to. However, the author does a
good job on catching the reader up on things, so I didn’t feel too lost. Poor
Doc aka Daniel. His reasons for loving Sam were true, his feelings genuine,
but alas fate steps in to mess things up. The reason why Sam can’t marry him
is rather contrived and stretches ones ability to suspend disbelief, but I
chose to focus on both men’s pain at their situation, and that was all too
vividly portrayed. The concept of limited third person (one scene, one point
of view) was not adopted here, which is a great pity. Also I feel the author
was let down by insufficient editing. Having said this, the story was still
great fun. Masculine macho men going after what they want, loving and
protecting what they see as belonging to them will always get my vote. I look
forward to reading the next gay story in this series." -- British Bull Dog,

"Author
Stormy Glenn explores gay relationships and true love in The Doctor’s
Patience. Mixed signals and a complex plot with a large cast are a
major part of this Navy Seals series. The big cast and occasional mention of
things never explained takes away from this storyline but it can still be
understood as a stand alone book. Also, there are too many unnecessary
typos. The Doctor’s Patience has some hot moments, major
misunderstandings and a sweet romance." -- Lisa,
